As the President and Vice Chairman of TMREIS, he has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to ensuring the delivery of high-quality education, which is evident in the transformative changes brought to the institutions under his leadership.
His leadership is defined by a hands-on approach to the day-to-day operations of TMREIS. Unlike many administrators, he is deeply involved in ensuring that the facilities and services offered to students meet the highest standards. Through regular surprise visits to various campuses across Telangana, he has shown his genuine concern for the welfare of the students. These visits are not just about oversight—they reflect a leader who is keen on observing firsthand the environment in which students are being educated and how effectively resources are being utilized to support their academic and personal growth.
Under his guidance, TMREIS has flourished, creating a robust educational ecosystem that stands out for its state-of-the-art infrastructure and unwavering focus on student success. With 205 English-medium schools and junior colleges spread across 33 districts, these institutions are equipped with smart classrooms, computer labs, biology, physics, and chemistry labs, and fully stocked libraries—resources that were once out of reach for many students from minority communities. His leadership ensures that these facilities are not only present but are consistently maintained and upgraded, providing students with the best learning environments possible.
Beyond the physical infrastructure, he has prioritized the holistic development of students. Through TMREIS, students are provided with not just free education, but also free health care, food, and residence. This comprehensive support system allows them to focus on their studies without the burden of financial concerns. The institution also offers free coaching for competitive exams like JEE, NEET, CLAT, and others, ensuring that students are not only academically strong but are also well-prepared for the toughest exams in the country.
His direct involvement extends to fostering a culture of excellence within the institution. He is dedicated to ensuring that all initiatives align with TMREIS’s mission to offer quality education to every student. His leadership has been instrumental in setting high academic standards, and the results speak for themselves. With a 96.82% pass rate in the SSC examinations and 89% success in intermediate exams, TMREIS students have excelled in their academic pursuits. Moreover, 33 students have secured free MBBS seats, and 30 have qualified for JEE Advanced—both remarkable feats that highlight the success of the education system under his guidance.

His tireless efforts to visit campuses and interact directly with students, teachers, and administrators ensure that every student has the support they need to succeed. This personalized attention helps maintain a high level of motivation among students and faculty alike, creating an atmosphere where excellence is not only expected but consistently achieved.
As the current admission cycle opens for 5th class (all categories) and backlog admissions for classes 6th, 7th, and 8th (minority category), it is clear that his work is far from done. He continues to drive TMREIS forward, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to access a transformative education.
